Delivery Policy

❶ After your order is successfully created, the warehouse department will inspect the product quality and carefully package it to ensure safety during transit.
We ship goods using the EXPRESS DELIVERY service of J&T Express, Ninja Van, etc. Nationwide delivery typically takes 1-4 days, depending on the location.
❷ Upon receiving the goods, you have the right to open and inspect them. You have the right not to pay if there are any discrepancies (wrong item, incorrect price, defective product, etc.).

Warranty Policy

➊ The product warranty period is 2 years from the date you receive the item.
Within the first 30 days from the date of receipt, if the product is defective, it will be replaced 100% with a new one.
➋ The product warranty is processed via the order number and phone number, so you may keep the warranty card or not; we will still honor the product warranty.
➌ During the warranty period, defects attributed to the manufacturer will be repaired free of charge. Defects caused by the user (impact, breakage, etc.) will be serviced at the most reasonable cost.
